Nola Cloche

Seikkailin Ravelryssä etsien pipoja tai hattuja työn alle ja törmäsin tähän Hilary Smith Callisin Nola Clocheen. Hatussa minua viehätti reunan palmikko, jonka avulla hatun ilmettä voi helposti muutella.

Lankana minulla oli Dropsin Cotton Merinoa väri 8, tummansininen. Lanka oli hieman ohjetta ohuempaa, mutta koska reunus tehtiin ensin, oli sen ympärysmittaa helppo muunnella. Kaikenkaikkiaan oikein mukava kutoa ja ennen kaikkea nopea, tässä meni puolitoista päivää.

I was browsing through Ravelry trying to find a beanie or a hat to work on when I stumbled upon this Nola Cloche by Hilary Smith Callis. I was drawn to the cabled brim, with which you can easily alter the look of the hat. 

I used Drops Cotton Merino in color 8, navy. The yarn was a bit thinner than the pattern called for, but it was easy enough to adjust. All in all this was a nice knit and it took me only about a day and a half.
